About FTS
The Financial Tracking Service (FTS) is a global, real-time database that records all reported international humanitarian aid contributions (including NGOs and the Red Cross/Red Crescent Movement, bilateral aid, in-kind aid, and private donations). FTS focuses on humanitarian response plans (HRPs) and refugee response plans (RRPs) because they cover the major humanitarian crises and because their funding requirements are well defined – which allows us to indicate the extent to which populations in crisis receive humanitarian aid in relation to need.
FTS is managed by the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA). All FTS data is provided by donors or recipient organisations.

For more information on how to use FTS, please have a look at our video tutorials on YouTube: http://www.youtube.com/user/OCHAFTS.
